Dr. Kristen Hobby is a dedicated counselor, spiritual director, and an established meditation and mindfulness teacher. She is a passionate and curious life-long learner, with research interests that include languages, spirituality, craft, cooking, traveling, and writing.

She has been involved in international spiritual organizations, serving six years on the coordinating council of Spiritual Directors International as both Secretary and Chair.
